Responsibilities

  • Monitoring customer activities within our products and services.
  • Responding to customer feedbacks & enquiries in a timely, organized and professional manner.
  • Systematically keeping track of customer behaviors and feedbacks to assist the company in continuously improving our existing product & services.
  • Corrective actions when required to ensure an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

  • Candidates with a good command of Mandarin are required. Fluency in both speaking and writing in English & Bahasa Malaysia are added advantages.
